Get on Board
Little Dragons 4-7 years
Basic Motor skills and martial arts motions are incorporated into fun activities that fit the abilities and attention spans of young children. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 4pm and last 45 minutes. The goal of the class is to get them involved in sports and fitness without making them hate physical education the rest of their lives by yelling at them or forcing them to beyond what their age allows. Try a day free and see if you like it!
Youth classes
Youth classes follow the format developed by the world's largest martial art organization, the World Taekwondo Federation. We require a set of motions be mastered at each level before going on to the next belt: i.e.: green belts must perform the 9 green belt kicks, the green belt form, the hapkido self-defense motions and one-step fighting techniques featured during the current month of training, spar with others and perform a board break before going on to blue belt. Many students come weeknights at 5pm that alternates with the Gumdo sword class for a full and well rounded martial arts education. Classes are one hour.

Gumdo Sword
World Koryo Gumdo is a Korean sword art in which we are the headquarters for the Western United States. Techniques and forms are practiced for each level before moving up to the next rank. Wooden swords are used for the technique practice, foam swords and padded helmets are used for two person exchanges and sparring. This is a fun and exciting art that works well with taekwondo practice on alternating days.
Peninsula College credit/Adult Taekwondo
Earn credit at college, or just come in and get your Adult level training with some of the workd's highest ranking instructors. Coming to Gumdo sword, or any of the other classes is also available for no extra cost. You may come every weekday for one low price.
